Thyristor is the abbreviation for thyristor, sometimes also referred to as thyristor. The thyristor module is commonly referred to as a power semiconductor module. The modular principle was first introduced into the field of power electronics technology by Siemens Healthineers in 1970. It is a high-power semiconductor device with a four layer structure consisting of three PN junctions and packaged in a modular form. The rectifier bridge module encapsulates the rectifier tubes within a casing. Divided into full bridge and half bridge. A full bridge is a circuit that seals four diodes of a connected bridge rectifier circuit together. Half bridge rectifier is a circuit that combines half of four diode bridge rectifiers together. Two half bridges can form a bridge rectifier circuit, and one half bridge can also form a full wave rectifier circuit with a transformer and a center tap. When selecting a rectifier bridge, consideration should be given to the rectifier circuit and operating voltage. The input signal of three-phase solid-state relay is compatible with TTL and COMS digital logic circuits. Thyristors can operate under high voltage and high current control conditions, so we have extensively researched and applied them in electronic design circuits such as controllable rectification, AC voltage stabilization, and contactless electronic switches for enterprises.
We should choose the appropriate variety of thyristor based on the specific requirements of the application.
The following is a research method for selecting thyristors that does not follow the small series:
1. Ordinary thyristors can be used to control the application of DC voltage to controllable rectifiers, AC voltage regulators for inverters, and protection circuits for switching power supplies
2. Bidirectional thyristors can be selected for direct use in enterprise information exchange switches, AC voltage regulation, AC management systems. Electric motors are mainly used for linear speed regulation, linear dimming technology of lamps, and the application of circuits such as solid-state relays and solid-state contactors in social development
3. In the AC motor tank, a chopper, an inverter power GTO inverter, various electronic circuits used by applications such as a switch, etc
Btk thyristors can be used for devices with long operating delays, overvoltage protectors, high-power transistors that can trigger control circuits, etc
Reverse thyristors can be used in switch power circuits for induction cookers, ultrasonic circuits, and lighting fixtures
The photo controlled silicon rectifier can be directly used in circuit applications such as photodetectors, photo counters, and optoelectronic technology logic circuits.

The parameters of the selected thyristor should be determined based on the specific economic development requirements of the students' actual teaching application information system for the circuit. The selected thyristor should have a certain power reserve, and its rated voltage and current in our country should be 1-2 times higher than the voltage and current provided by the staff. The parameters such as forward voltage drop, gate trigger current, and trigger voltage of thyristors should be more in line with the technical requirements of Chinese enterprise accounting application analysis and research circuits. They should not be too high or too low, as excessive use can seriously affect the normal operation and management of thyristors.
